- 2 1/4 cups buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound bacon fried and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - apple , peeled, cored and sliced
How To Make maple bacon oven cheese pancake

Step 1Grease 9x13 pan /pre-heat oven to 425' Fry bacon - leave in strips or crumble Mix bisquick, ½ the bacon , sugar, eggs, syrup, milk, apple slices and 1 cup of the cheese Pour into pan and bake 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean Top with the remaining bacon and cheese and return to oven until cheese is Serve w/butter and syrup
