Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound bacon fried and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 - apple , peeled, cored and sliced

How To Make maple bacon oven cheese pancake

  • Step 1
    Grease 9x13 pan /pre-heat oven to 425' Fry bacon - leave in strips or crumble Mix bisquick, ½ the bacon , sugar, eggs, syrup, milk, apple slices and 1 cup of the cheese Pour into pan and bake 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean Top with the remaining bacon and cheese and return to oven until cheese is Serve w/butter and syrup

    Leftovers microwave well / easier then ever with micro-bacon and pre packaged apple slices / can be baked in muffin cup for a breakast muffin on the go
