Ingredients
- 4 cups white bread, in 1" cubes
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 10 - eggs, beaten
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make make-ahead brunch casserole

Step 1Generously grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

Step 2Arrange bread cubes in bottom of dish.

Step 3Layer cheese, green onions, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of bread.

Step 4In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; mix well.

Step 5Pour egg mixture over bread and sprinkle bacon evenly over top.

Step 6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 7Heat oven to 325. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.

Step 8Stand 10 minutes before serving.
