Ingredients

4 c
white bread, in 1" cubes
4 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz
swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c
green onions, chopped
1/4 c
green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c
tomatoes, seeded and diced
10
eggs, beaten
4 c
milk
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 lb
bacon, cooked and crumbled

How to Make Make-Ahead Brunch Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Generously grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • 2Arrange bread cubes in bottom of dish.
  • 3Layer cheese, green onions, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of bread.
  • 4In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; mix well.
  • 5Pour egg mixture over bread and sprinkle bacon evenly over top.
  • 6Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 7Heat oven to 325. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
  • 8Stand 10 minutes before serving.
