How to Make Make Ahead Baked Carmel French Toast
- Over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until the caramel comes together. Pour the caramel into a 9inch by 11 inch glass or ceramic dish.
- Layer the bread slices over the caramel mixture.
In medium bowl, mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over the bread. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and cover with plastic wrap.
- In the morning, uncover and bake in 350 F oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit.
