Ingredients
- 1 lb - tennessee pride ground sausage
- 6 - eggs beaten with whisk
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/ teaspoon salt
- 8-10 ounces monterray jack cheese
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 can chi chi's brand green chiles (can substitute jalopeno peppers for a hotter casserole)

Step 1Brown the sausage, drain and let cool. Add the chiles.

Step 2Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, add the meat mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 3Best if refrigerated overnight. Then bake for 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
