large bar pan quiche
I'm always looking for great, modifiable breakfast recipes. This one can be vegetarian, dairy free, any combo of veggies or no veggies. Plus it is super easy. My whole family enjoyed it plus a neighborhood friend.

Ingredients
- 1 bag crispy crowns (flat tater tots)
- 12 - eggs
- 2 cups favorite omelette ingredients
- 8 ounces cheese
How To Make large bar pan quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Lay out crispy crowns in a single layer on the bar pan

Step 3Bake for 20 min. until crispy

Step 4While potatoes cook, mix eggs and your choice of omelet mix ins. I used bacon, spinach, and tomatoes.

Step 5When potatoes are crispy, take out of oven and pour egg mixture over hot potatoes. Carefully! Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 6Carefully return bar pan to oven and bake another 8-10 min. until eggs are set.

Step 7Remove from oven let rest a minute or two and slice with a pizza cutter.
