  • 1 Tbsp
  • 4 c
    hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1/2 pkg
    thick sliced bacon
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 12 large
  • 1 c
  • 1 - 1/2 c
    shredded cheese (your choice)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    additional seasonings to taste

How to Make Egg Bake


  1. Brush oil into a 9x13 baking dish
  2. Thaw frozen hash browns in microwave then spread on bottom of baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 then set aside
  3. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp then drain and set aside
  4. Chop vegetables and sprinkle evenly over hash browns
  5. Beat eggs and milk then add cheese, seasoning, and bacon bits
  6. Pour egg mixture over vegetables
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 or until eggs are firm. Cover with foil during baking if edges start to brown
  8. Cool slightly then cut and serve
