I really love cooking... (especially breakfast). So I worked this casserole into an anytime dish.... I love making it for dinner and so does my family...... Enjoy!!!!!

frozen hash browns
1/2 c
onion (diced)

cheddar cheese
12 oz
bacon or turkey bacon (crumbled)
12 oz
evaporated milk
3 large
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Kat's Breakfast Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 13x9 baking dish.
  • 2Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 cheese in prepared baking dish; repeat layers. Combine evaporated milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Pour evenly over potato mixture; cover.
  • 3BAKE for 50 to 55 minutes. Uncover; bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
