I really love cooking... (especially breakfast). So I worked this casserole into an anytime dish.... I love making it for dinner and so does my family...... Enjoy!!!!!

Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 12 ounces bacon or turkey bacon (crumbled)
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make kat's breakfast casserole

Step 1PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 13x9 baking dish.

Step 2Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 cheese in prepared baking dish; repeat layers. Combine evaporated milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Pour evenly over potato mixture; cover.

Step 3BAKE for 50 to 55 minutes. Uncover; bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
