Impossible Brunch Pie

Stephanie Jameson

My grandmother used to make this almost every Sunday. Even the grandkids that didn't like their green veggies loved her brunch pie.

I've also tried substituting the broccoli and spinach with cooked asparagus spears and it was delicious.
