I love this and would use spinach instead of broccoli although I love the recipe as is ,I'd also swich the parmesan for feta

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - tomato, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- pinch nutmeg
How To Make impossible brunch pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350.

Step 2Grease 9\" pie plate.

Step 3Spread spinach in plate.

Step 4Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, baking mix, butter and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. and pinch of nutmeg

Step 5Pour into plate.

Step 6Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with feta cheese.

Step 7Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

Step 8Cool 5 minutes.
