This good for Christmas morning you make it the night before and pop in the oven in the morning!!!

Ingredients For holiday breakfast cassarole

  • 8
    whole eggs
  • 1 lb
    sausage or bacon cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 6 slice
    bread with the crust torn into pieces
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese grated

How To Make holiday breakfast cassarole

  • 1
    Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs pour over rest of ingredients, tossing lightly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

    Add sauteed onions and green peppers for added flavor!
