Ingredients
- 8 - whole eggs
- 1 pound sausage or bacon cooked and drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread with the crust torn into pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
How To Make holiday breakfast cassarole

Step 1Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs pour over rest of ingredients, tossing lightly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Step 2Add sauteed onions and green peppers for added flavor!
