For a hearty but good breakfast, try this one. When vacationing on the lake, we mlike to fiz tis as a "breakfast for supper" meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound jimmy dean maple sausage
  • 2 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, drined
  • 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 6 large eggs

How To Make hearty breakfast skillet

  • Step 1
    Brown sausagae in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat, drain.
  • Step 2
    Add hash browns and tomatoes. ook 5 minutes. Top with cheese.
  • Step 3
    Beat4 eggs and 2 Tbsp. water with wire whisk. Pour evenly over ingredients in skillet, cover.
  • Step 4
    Reduce heat to low and cook 10 - 12 minutes or until egg mixture is set in center and cheese is melted.
  • Step 5
    Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
