For a hearty but good breakfast, try this one. When vacationing on the lake, we mlike to fiz tis as a "breakfast for supper" meal.

  • 1/2 lb
    jimmy dean maple sausage
  • 2 c
    shredded hash browns
  • 1 can(s)
    ro-tel tomatoes, drined
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 6 large

How to Make Hearty Breakfast Skillet


  1. Brown sausagae in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat, drain.
  2. Add hash browns and tomatoes. ook 5 minutes. Top with cheese.
  3. Beat4 eggs and 2 Tbsp. water with wire whisk. Pour evenly over ingredients in skillet, cover.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 - 12 minutes or until egg mixture is set in center and cheese is melted.
  5. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
