We like breakfast casseroles around here. Takes long enough for me to be able to actually eat them, and the kids are hungry enough that they actually eat.

Ingredients
- 10 - frozen hashbrowns
- 12 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 pinches ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 package bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
How To Make hashbrown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 450* and spray 11x15" baking dish with nonstick spray

Step 2Cook bacon until it is crisp, then cut into bits. Place hashbrowns in baking dish, you will have 2 rows of 5. Crack eggs into a medium bowl and whisk in mustard, pepper and salt.

Step 3Pour eggs over hashbrowns, sprinkle with onions and bacon, then cover with the shredded cheese.

Step 4Bake for 20-30 minutes.
