How to Make Hashbrown casserole
- Preheat oven to 450* and spray 11x15" baking dish with nonstick spray
- Cook bacon until it is crisp, then cut into bits.
Place hashbrowns in baking dish, you will have 2 rows of 5.
Crack eggs into a medium bowl and whisk in mustard, pepper and salt.
- Pour eggs over hashbrowns, sprinkle with onions and bacon, then cover with the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
