- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 pound sliced bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese - divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
How To Make hash brown egg bake

Step 1In a large bowl combine hash browns, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper, onion and salt

Step 2Spoon into greased 9x13 baking dish

Step 3In a bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth

Step 4Pour over the hash brown mix.

Step 5Sprinkle with paprika

Step 6Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

Step 7Top with remaining cheese
