This is a great make ahead dish. Good to serve at a brunch or anytime.

cream of potato soup
1 c
light sour cream
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 lb
hash brown potatoes
2 c
grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c
diced ham


1Combine soup, sour cream, and garlic salt. Add potatoes, cheeses, and diced ham. Mix well. Freeze in ziploc bag.
2Thaw. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is browned.
