HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

4 cfrozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 csour cream, lite

1 cshredded cheddar cheese, or jack cheese

1chicken bouillon cube, crushed

1/4 tsponion powder

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/2 Tbspparsley flakes
How to Make HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray. - in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.
- Add dry ingredients and stir well.
Add hash browns, and combine well. - Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
