Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream, lite
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or jack cheese
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Step 2in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.

Step 3Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add hash browns, and combine well.

Step 4Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
