My copy-cat recipe from one of my favorite breakfast places.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream, lite
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or jack cheese
  • 1 - chicken bouillon cube, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes

How To Make hash brown casserole

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Step 2
    in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.
  • Step 3
    Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add hash browns, and combine well.
  • Step 4
    Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
