My copy-cat recipe from one of my favorite breakfast places.

Ingredients For hash brown casserole

4 cfrozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 csour cream, lite

1 cshredded cheddar cheese, or jack cheese

1chicken bouillon cube, crushed

1/4 tsponion powder

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/2 Tbspparsley flakes
How To Make hash brown casserole

1Pre-heat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.

2in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.

3Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add hash browns, and combine well.

4Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
