Ingredients

  • 4 c
    frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c
    sour cream, lite
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, or jack cheese
  • 1
    chicken bouillon cube, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes

How to Make HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
    Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.
  3. Add dry ingredients and stir well.
    Add hash browns, and combine well.
  4. Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
    Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
