  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken and broccoli soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 32 oz
    frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Hash brown Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl combine the cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, green and red pepper, 1/4 cup of butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the hash browns. Turn the mixture into the dish. Toss together the corn flakes and 1 TBS of melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, until the casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
