Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can corn flakes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2In a large bowl combine the cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, green and red pepper, 1/4 cup of butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 3Fold in the hash browns. Turn the mixture into the dish. Toss together the corn flakes and 1 TBS of melted butter. Sprinkle on top.

Step 4Bake for 1 hour, until the casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
