Ingredients

  • 1 - 32 oz package of frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cans 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 8 ounces diced ham
  • 1-16 ounce sour cream
  • 2 cups chedder cheese, or whatever your preference is
  • 1-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion diced

How To Make ham n cheese hashbrown breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 375 degrees. grease a 13x9 dish
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for parm cheese..pour into the greased dish, spread evenly, top with parmesan cheese..
  • Step 3
    Bake for about an hour, or until golden brown
