  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 pound frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup green onions chopped

How To Make ham, egg, cheese & hashbrown casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix the eggs with milk salt and pepper. Stir in the hashbrowns, ham, cheese and green onion.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture in pan and bake about 45 minutes until eggs are set.
