Ingredients
- 16 slices bread, crusts removed
- 16 slices swiss cheese
- 16 slices deli ham
- 16 slices amrican cheese
- 8 - eggs
- 3 cups 1% milk
- 2 cups cornflakes cereal
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make ham, egg and cheese casserole

Step 1Spray a 13" x 9" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, blend together egg,milk, onion salt and dry mustard.

Step 2Place 8 slices bread in bottom of casserole dish. Place 8 slices swiss cheese over bread. Place 8 slices ham over swiss cheese. Place 8 slices american cheese over ham. Repeat the layers. Pour egg mix over ingredients. Cover w/ foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3The next morning, heat oven to 350. Uncover casserole and sprinkle w/ cornflakes. Drizzle w/ butter. Bake 1 hr.
