Ingredients

  • 12 slices day old bread
  • 1 pound ham, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups jack cheese, grated
  • 12 - eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make ham brunch casserole

  • Step 1
    Grease a 9x13 inch pan and remove the crusts from the bread and cut into 1/2 inch strips.
  • Step 2
    Line the bottom of the pan with half of the bread slices.
  • Step 3
    Scatter the ham cubes over the bread and top with the cheeses.
  • Step 4
    Top with the remaining bread.
  • Step 5
    In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
    Pour over the casserole.
  • Step 7
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 8
    Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
  • Step 9
    Cool the casserole before serving.
