Ingredients
- 12 slices day old bread
- 1 pound ham, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups jack cheese, grated
- 12 - eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make ham brunch casserole

Step 1Grease a 9x13 inch pan and remove the crusts from the bread and cut into 1/2 inch strips.

Step 2Line the bottom of the pan with half of the bread slices.

Step 3Scatter the ham cubes over the bread and top with the cheeses.

Step 4Top with the remaining bread.

Step 5In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Step 6Pour over the casserole.

Step 7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 8Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.

Step 9Cool the casserole before serving.
