ham and broccoli quiche
I had always wanted to make a Quiche and my mother always wanted to try one, so I thought to myself, why not make one and see how it goes! And it went very well, my mother loved and most importantly my kids loved it! It's now a new dish that will be at our table many times to come. And the greatest part about Quiche is, you can make it any way you want with any meat,cheese,and veggie! Make it your own! I pray this dish finds it's way to your breakfast table soon! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
- 1 large refrigerated pie crust
- 4 large eggs wisked
- 1 cup milk of your choice ( i used whole milk)
- dash - of salt
- dash - of pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 small onion (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup frozen broccoli , thawed, well drained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
How To Make ham and broccoli quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 375* Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan.

Step 2Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in crust-lined pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs and milk with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over broccoli and ham.

Step 3Bake 55-75 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Slice into 6-8 pieces and serve warm with a dollop of sour cream and some salsa (if desired)Hope you all enjoy !!
