Ingredients
- 2 pounds sausage
- 9 to 12 medium eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound bag o'brien potatoes
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make guest for breakfast casserole

Step 1Brown sausage in large sauce pan, crumble and drain, leaving the drippings in pan. Mix potatoes and red pepper; cook in sausage skillet about 15 minutes. Slightly beat eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 2Place potato and red bell pepper mixture in a 9x13 inch casserole pan. Cover with sausage; pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover; refrigerate over night.

Step 3Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook mixture 35 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Step 4SERVE WITH RAISIN TOAST HOT AND BUTTERED.
