What makes it taste so good ... ....You're the guest and some one else is doing the cooking...Take that wonderful cup of coffee, glass of fresh orange juice and head to the patio where the birds are singing and the sun is topping the ridge. Here comes your breakfast being served on a beautiful tray..Life is good !!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sausage
  • 9 to 12 medium eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound bag o'brien potatoes
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make guest for breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown sausage in large sauce pan, crumble and drain, leaving the drippings in pan. Mix potatoes and red pepper; cook in sausage skillet about 15 minutes. Slightly beat eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Place potato and red bell pepper mixture in a 9x13 inch casserole pan. Cover with sausage; pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover; refrigerate over night.
  • Step 3
    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook mixture 35 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • Step 4
    SERVE WITH RAISIN TOAST HOT AND BUTTERED.
