GUEST FOR BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
9 to 12 mediumeggs
1 1/2 cmilk
1 1/2 tspdry mustard
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 lbbag o'brien potatoes
1/4 cred bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make GUEST FOR BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
- Brown sausage in large sauce pan, crumble and drain, leaving the drippings in pan. Mix potatoes and red pepper; cook in sausage skillet about 15 minutes. Slightly beat eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Place potato and red bell pepper mixture in a 9x13 inch casserole pan. Cover with sausage; pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover; refrigerate over night.
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook mixture 35 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- SERVE WITH RAISIN TOAST HOT AND BUTTERED.
