Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup grits
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
How To Make grits casserole

Step 1Combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add grits. Reduce heat and cook grits for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2Saute sausage and drain. Beat the eggs with the milk. Combine all ingredients together with the corn muffin mix. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch casserole. Cover with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
