Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 10 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped green chiles (canned is ok)
- 1 pint small curd cottage cheese (2 cups)
- 8 ounces cheddar, shredded
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
How To Make green chile cheese squares

Step 1Melt butter and cool.

Step 2Pour into a large bowl; add eggs, beating slightly.

Step 3Add in all other ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Pour into a buttered 13" x 9" x 2" pan.

Step 5Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes - THEN lower to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
