1/4 tsp
salt
2 tsp
nutmeg

How to Make Greek Spinach Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.
  • 2Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
  • 3Remove from oven and prick with fork.
  • 4Bake for 5 minutes.
  • 5Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
  • 6Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
  • 7Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
  • 8Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
  • 9Let stand 10 minutes.
