    pie crust shell
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 c
  • 1.5 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    grated romano cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 tsp

How to Make Greek Spinach Quiche


  1. Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and prick with fork.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
  6. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
  7. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes.
