  • 1 - pie crust shell
  • 1 package frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons grated romano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

  • Step 1
    Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven and prick with fork.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
  • Step 6
    Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
  • Step 7
    Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
  • Step 8
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
