Have only made this once, I am not much of a breakfast eater unless I am traveling, or shopping. But this is good, especially it can be made the night before and refrigerated.

- 1 can 15 oz. corned beef hash
- 1 cup each chopped onion and bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared, drained minced garlic
- 2 - 3 - beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup burgundy *optional*
- TOPPING
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter

Step 1in casserole dish, combine hash ingredients.

Step 2top with bread crumb topping

Step 3bake in preheated 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 4may add shredded cheese of your choice. sprinkle over hash mixture before adding bread crumb topping.
