Ingredients
- 1 cup grits
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 10 ounces boursin garlic cheese
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
How To Make garlic grits casserole

Step 1Cook the grits in salted water until thickened.

Step 2Add the garlic cheese and butter to the hot grits. Stir until all is melted and stirred well together.

Step 3Beat the eggs in a bowl and add milk to the eggs, stirring together. Pour this into the grits mixture and stir well. Next. pour into a prepared baking dish 9x12x2.

Step 4Add the crushed corn flakes to the melted butter, sprinkle the mixture on top of the casserole.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
