Ingredients

  • 1 cup grits
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 10 ounces boursin garlic cheese
  • 1/2 stick salted butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

How To Make garlic grits casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook the grits in salted water until thickened.
  • Step 2
    Add the garlic cheese and butter to the hot grits. Stir until all is melted and stirred well together.
  • Step 3
    Beat the eggs in a bowl and add milk to the eggs, stirring together. Pour this into the grits mixture and stir well. Next. pour into a prepared baking dish 9x12x2.
  • Step 4
    Add the crushed corn flakes to the melted butter, sprinkle the mixture on top of the casserole.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
