this dish is great everyone whom I've made it for just loved it.remember too make it your own add what you like and take away what you don't remember No recipes is written in stone.

1 medium
onion chopped
multi colored sweet pepper
1 can(s)
mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1 pkg
already cooked bacon
1 pkg
jimmy deans crumbles breakfast sausage
8 to 1 doz
4 oz
mild cheddar cheese
4 oz
mozzarella cheese
4 oz
monterey jack cheese


1sauteed onions,peppers,and mushrooms until onions are soft.
2beat eggs and scramble but Do Not cook completely leave a little runny. They will finish cooking in oven.preheat oven to 400 degree
3grease bottom of 13x9 inch pan.then roll out crescent roll place in bottom of pan and press seams together
4then assemble together starting with adding scrambled eggs,sauteed vegetables,sausage crumbles,bacon crumble,and cover with cheese
5place in preheated oven and bake about 20 Min's or until eggs look cook and cheese is melted
