Ingredients
- 1 - loaf sourdough bread
- 8 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- STREUSAL
- 1 cup each flour and brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks cold butter cut in slices
How To Make french toast with streusal bake

Step 1Cut the bread into cubes. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 sprayed pan. Mix the eggs with milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over the bread cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2For the topping Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in the cold butter and mix until crumbly. Store in fridge until morning.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Sprinkle topping over the bread mixture and bake 1 hour. Serve with syrup.
