Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 5-6 large egs
- 12 slices texas toast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz. each) softened
How To Make french toast casserole

Step 1Spread equal portions of the cream cheese on each slice of bread.

Step 2Pour melted margarine in a 9X13 baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon; stir.

Step 3Mix together milk, eggs and vanilla; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

Step 4Serve with maple syrup if desired.
