Ingredients
- 1 can sliced potatoes
- 1 - frozen deep dish pie shell
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 6 ounces smoked chunk ham
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make ez breakfast quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 375*. Place a baking sheet in oven and allow it to preheat.

Step 2Layer 1/2 can of potatoes in bottom of pie shell. In bowl, slightly beat the eggs, add milk, 1 cup of cheese, ham and salt and pepper, mix well.

Step 3Pour 1/2 of egg mixture over the potatoes in pie shell, add the rest of the potatoes in another layer over the egg mixture. Pour rest of egg mixture on top. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 4Bake for 40-45 minutes on heated baking sheet, until top is golden brown, allow to cool slightly before serving!
