This is quick and easy! I have also made it with crumbled bacon, you can add onions, broccoli....almost anything!

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced potatoes
  • 1 - frozen deep dish pie shell
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 ounces smoked chunk ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make ez breakfast quiche

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375*. Place a baking sheet in oven and allow it to preheat.
  • Step 2
    Layer 1/2 can of potatoes in bottom of pie shell. In bowl, slightly beat the eggs, add milk, 1 cup of cheese, ham and salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour 1/2 of egg mixture over the potatoes in pie shell, add the rest of the potatoes in another layer over the egg mixture. Pour rest of egg mixture on top. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 40-45 minutes on heated baking sheet, until top is golden brown, allow to cool slightly before serving!
