How to Make Excellent Easy Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray a 13X9X2 pan with Pam cooking spray. Put cheese in the pan and top with the chiles. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick in a blender for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until frothy. Pour over chile and cheese mixture.
  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 375 degrees and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
  3. Finely chopped ham can be added on the chile layer for a complete breakfast quiche. There has never been any left-overs.
