    ¼ lb (~100gr) ground meat
  • ·
    1 tomato, diced
  • ·
    1-2 banana/green peppers, chopped
  • ·
    1 small onion, chopped
  • ·
    1-2 tbsp oil
  • ·
    ½ tsp salt to taste
  • ·
    a pinch of black pepper

How to Make Eggs with Ground Meat (Kiymali Yumurta)


  1. In a large skillet, sauté ground meat with oil and stir in onion and peppers. Saute them over medium heat till they are tender and their color change. Then add tomatoes and salt, cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in eggs and cook over low heat till eggs are cooked. Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve warm.
