Ingredients
- 6 - baked potatoes
- 1 - onion chopped
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 - eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make eggs and potato breakfast

Step 1Melt Butter in Frying Pan. Add Onions to the pan and cook until soft. Cut up baked potatoes into bite size pieces and add to the onions. Sprinkle with Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Brown the potatoes and onion in pan. While that is browning, take chopped ham and fry in a separate pan. Set aside. When the potatoes are browned, cook eggs any way you like, in the pan that you cooked the ham in. (I prefer my eggs over easy)

Step 2When everything is done, Layer on separates plates in this order: Potatoes, Ham, Grated Cheese. Then place two eggs on top of the cheese. Top with Sour Cream.
