"Litha (June 20-23rd) – Summer Solstice Here are some Summer Solstice, Litha, Mid-Summer’s Eve or Saint John’s Day recipes for you to enjoy during one of the 8 Sabbats of the Pagan Wheel as no Pagan Celebration is complete with having a meal to go with. For Litha, celebrate with foods that honor the fire and energy of the sun. Enjoy light summery snack wraps, some fiery grilled salmon, spicy and sweet candied ginger, and more."

Then putting in a layer of hashbrowns.
3On top of this put a layer of your preferred meats.

The amount of eggs you will need varies on how much you put in your layers, how big your baking dish is, and this dish's own whim.
You want to fill it with enough eggs that you can just barely see the cheese and veggies peeking out from the beaten eggs
6Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until eggs are cooked through.
