Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 - (8oz) tube, cresent rolls
- 8 - eggs
- 2 cups mozzeralla cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make egg & sausage casserole

Step 1Cook sausage over medium-high heat until evenly browned, drain, crumble and set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven to 325*.

Step 3Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the bottom with cresent roll...unroll and spread out to fit pan with fingers.

Step 4Sprinkle crumbled sausage evenly over top.

Step 5In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, shredded cheeses and pour over the sausage and cresent roll. Mixture will be thick.

Step 6Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
