How to Make Egg & Sausage Casserole
- Cook sausage over medium-high heat until evenly browned, drain, crumble and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 325*.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the bottom with cresent roll...unroll and spread out to fit pan with fingers.
- Sprinkle crumbled sausage evenly over top.
- In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, shredded cheeses and pour over the sausage and cresent roll.
Mixture will be thick.
- Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
