How to Make Egg & Sausage Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook sausage over medium-high heat until evenly browned, drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 325*.
  3. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the bottom with cresent roll...unroll and spread out to fit pan with fingers.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled sausage evenly over top.
  5. In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, shredded cheeses and pour over the sausage and cresent roll.
    Mixture will be thick.
  6. Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
