Blue Ribbon Recipe

Super cheesy this breakfast egg casserole would be fabulous for a holiday breakfast or brunch. Monterey Jack adds a mild and creamy flavor to the casserole. Along with a smooth and melty texture. Cottage cheese adds more protein but also makes the eggs creamy. Savory, creamy, and slightly tangy, this breakfast is comforting and satisfying.
