Ingredients For egg casserole

  • 8 slice
    white bread torn into small pieces
  • 1-8 oz. pkg
    american cheese slices, torn intio small pieces
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    milk

How To Make egg casserole

  • 1
    Place bread pieces evenly in a greased casserole. Cover with cheese.
  • 2
    Pour butter or margarine evenly over top. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • 3
    Pour egg mixture over cheese. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes.
