1 pkgfrozen shredded hashbrowns
·salt and pepper to taste
1 smallonion, diced
1 pkgcheddar cheese, shredded
1 lbbulk sausage
·you can also use diced ham,smokie links or bacon to this if you don't want bulk sausage. whatever you prefer will work as i have made all of them
How to Make Egg Casserole
- fry sausage and drain fat.
- using spray oil grease a 9x13 inch pan. Put frozen hashbrowns in.
- Mix eggs, put cooked sausage and onion with eggs and stir. Pour over frozen hashbrowns.
- Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until eggs and hashbrowns are cooked . Add cheddar cheese over the top in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve
