One 9x13 pan
Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of english muffin bread
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese
- 8 - eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) melted butter
How To Make egg bake casserole

Step 1Grease a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Cut crust off of bread and cover the bottom of the pan with bread. Butter the top side of bread.

Step 3Layer with the two cheeses and ham.

Step 4Add another layer of bread; butter top side of bread.

Step 5Whisk together remaining ingredients, except topping. Pour over bread layers in pan and refrigerate overnight.

Step 6When ready to bake, mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let set a few minutes before cutting.
