easy scrambled eggs

I got this recipe from my roommate while in college. It is very easy and inexpensive dish and feeds a lot. We always ate it with toast and crisp bacon

Ingredients

  • 10-12 - large eggs
  • 1 - can of cream of chicken soup (lowfat or low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning (opt)

How To Make easy scrambled eggs

  • Step 1
    Mix eggs with the undiluted soup. Season with pepper. Do not need salt as the soup will give you the salty taste. If you like your eggs on the creamy side then add about a 1/4 cup of milk or cream. (opt)
  • Step 2
    Melt butter or margerine in a large skillet. Pour egg mixture in pan and cook until eggs are set.
