- 1 pound bulk pork sausage or bacon (cut in to 1 inch peices)
- 1 cup sharp mottzarella cheese
- 6 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 cups milk

How To Make easy pezy breakfast casserole

Step 1Tear up the slices of bread and place in a greased baking dish. Brown and drain the sausage or bacon (your choice of meat) and spoon over the bread. Then Sprinkle with the cheese.

Step 2Beat together eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over the bread and cheese. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Pre-heat oven to 350. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
