Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage or bacon (cut in to 1 inch peices)
  • 1 cup sharp mottzarella cheese
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cups milk
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make easy pezy breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Tear up the slices of bread and place in a greased baking dish. Brown and drain the sausage or bacon (your choice of meat) and spoon over the bread. Then Sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Step 2
    Beat together eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over the bread and cheese. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Pre-heat oven to 350. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
