sharp mottzarella cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy pezy breakfast casserole
Tear up the slices of bread and place in a greased baking dish.
Brown and drain the sausage or bacon (your choice of meat) and spoon over the bread. Then Sprinkle with the cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over the bread and cheese.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper to taste.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
