Easy, light cinnamon roll casserole
Great for breakfast or a snack!
2 can(s)reduced-fat, refrigerated pillsbury cinnamon rolls
4eggs, or use egg beaters, equivalent to 4 eggs
1/2 clight cream
1/2 cchopped pecans
1/4 cgrade a maple syrup
How to Make Easy, light cinnamon roll casserole
- Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Separate cans of rolls into 16 rolls. Set aside icing. Cut each roll into 8 pieces.Place pieces in baking pan.
- In bowl, beat eggs, or egg beaters, light cream, cinnamon and vanilla untill combined. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle rolls w/ pecans and drizzle w/ syrup.
- Bake 20-25 mins, or untill golden brown. Remove covers from icing. Microwave icing about 10-15 seconds. Drizzle icing over rolls right before serving. Serve warm.
