I make this often, since it's requested by my daughter and grandchildren so much, I could probably make this with my eyes closed, lol Very scrumptious! Great for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients
- 2 cans reduced-fat, refrigerated pillsbury cinnamon rolls
- 4 - eggs, or use egg beaters, equivalent to 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup grade a maple syrup
How To Make easy, light cinnamon roll casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Separate cans of rolls into 16 rolls. Set aside icing. Cut each roll into 8 pieces.Place pieces in baking pan.

Step 2In bowl, beat eggs, or egg beaters, light cream, cinnamon and vanilla untill combined. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle rolls w/ pecans and drizzle w/ syrup.

Step 3Bake 20-25 mins, or untill golden brown. Remove covers from icing. Microwave icing about 10-15 seconds. Drizzle icing over rolls right before serving. Serve warm.
