easy ham and cheese quiche

This recipe was given to by my late sister-in-law it is very easy and it works well when you are having friends over for the holidays or brunch,My family loves this one

Ingredients

  • 1 - deep dish pie shell
  • 1 can ham or chopped deli ham
  • 8 ounces package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk or cream
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon self rising flour

How To Make easy ham and cheese quiche

  • Step 1
    In the deep dish pie shell add the ham and cheese and chopped onion.
  • Step 2
    in a mixing bowl add eggs and milk and salt and pepper and with a wisk until mixed well.
  • Step 3
    Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and ham mixture and take a fork and make sure everything is mixed together . Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, if the crust starts to brown quickly cover with foil to prevent burning,.
