easy ham and cheese quiche
This recipe was given to by my late sister-in-law it is very easy and it works well when you are having friends over for the holidays or brunch,My family loves this one

Ingredients
- 1 - deep dish pie shell
- 1 can ham or chopped deli ham
- 8 ounces package shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk or cream
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon self rising flour
How To Make easy ham and cheese quiche

Step 1In the deep dish pie shell add the ham and cheese and chopped onion.

Step 2in a mixing bowl add eggs and milk and salt and pepper and with a wisk until mixed well.

Step 3Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and ham mixture and take a fork and make sure everything is mixed together . Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, if the crust starts to brown quickly cover with foil to prevent burning,.
