1deep dish pie shell
1 can(s)ham or chopped deli ham
8 ozpackage shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbspchopped red onion
1 cwhole milk or cream
2 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspself rising flour
How to Make Easy Ham and Cheese Quiche
- In the deep dish pie shell add the ham and cheese and chopped onion.
- in a mixing bowl add eggs and milk and salt and pepper and with a wisk until mixed well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and ham mixture and take a fork and make sure everything is mixed together .
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, if the crust starts to brown quickly cover with foil to prevent burning,.
