  • 4 c
    shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    baking mix (bisquick, pioneer, or other brand)
  • 1 - 4 oz can(s)
    green chilis drained

How to Make Easy Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Mix cheese, milk, baking mix, chilis into beaten eggs.
  3. Spray 9x13 baking dish or pan with butter spray.
    Pour in mixture and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden on top and toothpick inserted comes clean. Cut into squares to serve.
