1 pkg
canned buttermilk biscuits
frozen hashbrown patties
8 slice
bacon, cooked crisp
1 pkg
jimmy dean sausage cooked
1 c
shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/4 c
non stick cooking spray

How to Make Easy Breakfast Casserole


  • 1Heat Oven to 350 Degrees , Take sausage and crumble into frying pan . Cook over med. Heat until done about 8 mins. Cook Bacon in fry pan or Microwave until crisp.Add nine eggs to bowl and add 1/4 cup milk and mix with fork to scamble.
  • 2Use a 13 x 9 x 2 Glass Baking pan . spray bottom and sides of pan with with no stick cooking spray ( Pam ).
  • 3Line bottom of pan with the buttermilk Biscuits , Add hashbrown Squares to the top of Biscuits.Add sausage and bacon to the top of Hashbrowns. Top meat with Cheddar cheese , Then pour your egg and milk mixture over all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 Minutes . Cut into slices and serve
  • 4You can top cooked casserole with your Favorite Salsa, Sour cream or condiment. Serve with fresh Fruit to make a complete meal.
