This is my interpretation of a recipe for a breakfast casserole out of my husband's DragonLance role playing books.

Ingredients

  • 1
    loaf french bread, torn into bits
  • 1
    package bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar
  • 6
    green onions, chopped
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    butter for pan

How to Make DragonLance Breakfast Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350* and butter a 11 x 15 glass casserole.
  2. Evenly spread the bits of bread in pan, sprinkle with bacon.
  3. Whisk together eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and bacon.
  4. Cover with cheese and place in oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Once done, sprinkle with chopped onions
