- 2 - medium onion, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, diced
- 18 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Step 1Cook bacon and reserve grease.

Step 2Drain potatoes and slice not more than 1/4 in thick.

Step 3Brown potatoes in reserved bacon grease.
