This is just a simple recipe where you decide what you want to put into it. Very easy to make. You can also skip the sausage and use roasted red, green, yellow and orange peppers as well as mushrooms. Enjoy!

How to Make Darlene's Breakfast Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet or casserole dish with Pam.
  • 2Unroll crescent rolls and flatten in pan with fingers, pushing up the side of the container of your choice. Try to make the crust as thin as possible. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese mix [or as much as you think you might like]. Place in oven and bake for about 5-8 minutes (depending on your oven). Remove from oven and set aside. Meanwhile, cook the pork sausage, crumbling the meat. Cook until done. Drain if necessary. Sprinkle the meat over the crust and set aside. Beat the 6 eggs in a mixing bowl, add your favorite seasonings. Pour the eggs over the meat and crust. Sprinkle 1 to 1 1/2 cups of the cheese over the eggs. Carefully place the cookie sheet back in the oven and cook until crust is done and eggs are set. About 20 minutes. You can use as much cheese and meat as you like.
