126-32 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns, thawed

8 ozlight sour cream

1 can(s)reduced-fat cream of chicken soup

1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1-1/2 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cmelted butter

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Dads cheesy hashbrown casserole
- Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sour cream, soup, onion, cheese and butter. Mix well.
- Spoon mix into slow-cooker. Sprinklew/ salt & pepper. Cover, cook on low for 4-5 hrs, or until bubbly.
