Ingredients
- 1 - 26-32 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1-1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make dads cheesy hashbrown casserole

Step 1Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sour cream, soup, onion, cheese and butter. Mix well.

Step 2Spoon mix into slow-cooker. Sprinklew/ salt & pepper. Cover, cook on low for 4-5 hrs, or until bubbly.
